X Takeover 2026 will take place on October 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., in Austin, Texas, at Giga Texas. The Drone & Light Show will be at 9:00 p.m. Factory tours will be held Thursday, October 8, and Friday, October 9, throughout the day.

X Takeover is an independently organized community event produced by TOSV, Inc. Tesla is providing venue space only. Venue use does not imply Tesla sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement. Event details subject to change.

Sorry, no refunds are allowed. We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and this is a volunteer-driven community event. Producing this event has high costs, which we are absorbing upfront.

Yes, you can transfer your main event ticket to a friend or family member. Have that person check in using your email address or Eventbrite QR code. However, all Add-on or factory tour tickets need to be under the same name/email as the main event ticket.

The main stage content and keynotes will be livestreamed. Some sessions or experiences may be in-person only.

Yes, children 18 and under are free for the main event. However, ALL children require a ticket for the factory tours. They also must be at least 8 years old and at least 4 feet tall to attend the factory tour.

Outdoor open seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some reserved seating will be available for VIP ticket holders, ADA compliance, and event organizers' guests.

Factory tour access is limited and only available with select Add-on and VIP ticket types. To be eligible for a factory tour, you must purchase either an Add-on, VIP Premium, or VIP Performance ticket. Factory tour availability is limited and requires additional instructions, waivers, and security requirements.
