Sorry, no refunds are allowed. We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and this is a volunteer-driven community event. Producing this event has high costs, which we are absorbing upfront.

Yes, children 18 and under are free. However, children must be at least 8 years old and at least 4 feet tall to attend the factory tour, which requires a VIP ticket.

Outdoor open seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some reserved seating will be available for VIP ticket holders, ADA compliance, and event organizers' guests.

Factory tour access is limited and only available with select VIP ticket types. To be eligible for a factory tour, you must purchase either a VIP Premium or VIP Performance ticket. Factory tour availability is limited and requires additional instructions, waivers, and security requirements.

X Takeover takes place outdoors. Please plan for Austin weather and check event updates before arrival. Factory tours are the only parts that are held indoors.
